2. What data we process
We only process data that you provide to us yourself in the forms on the website or in follow-up communication. This applies to all forms on the website: the contact form on the home page, the CRMCO enquiry and the family homes enquiry form. After you submit a form, we send you a copy of the details you entered by e-mail.
- Identification and contact data: first name and surname, e-mail, phone and, for family homes enquiries, the town where you live.
- Company data: company name and estimated number of users (for CRMCO enquiries).
- Content of your message: the selected field or house, the message text and any other information you choose to write to us.
- Consent to receive news: if you tick the relevant box.
- Technical data: date and time the form was sent, IP address and browser information routinely logged by the server. With the form we also store the choice you made in the cookie bar, so we know how many enquiries our measurement did not capture.
Please do not send us sensitive data (e.g. about health) through the forms. We do not need it.
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

Providing data is voluntary. Without your name, e-mail and message, however, we cannot handle your enquiry. We do not make automated decisions about you or create profiles with legal effects.
4. How long we keep data
- Questions and enquiriesthat do not lead to cooperation: for the time needed to handle them and then for no more than 3 years after the last communication.

7. Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We use three groups:
- Essential: they keep the website running and remember your choice in the cookie bar. They do not require consent.
- Analytics: Google Analytics shows us how many people visit the website, where they come from and which pages they read. The cookies
_gaand_ga_*are stored for up to 2 years; we keep data in Google Analytics for 14 months. - Marketing: Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) measure whether an ad led to a website visit or a form submission, and make it possible to show ads to people who visited the website. These include, for example, the cookies
_gcl_*and_fbpvalid for 90 days.
We only switch on analytics and marketing cookies with your consent. Until you give consent, nothing is sent from the website to Google or Meta. We remember your choice for 12 months and then ask again. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.
8. Security
We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted transfer (HTTPS), access for authorised persons only and contractually bound processors.
9. Effective date and changes
This policy applies to all forms on czechdigital.cz. We may update it from time to time. The current version is always on this page. In case of doubt, the Czech version prevails.
